1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the MVP TAP platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Athletes must comply with all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional NIL rules and regulations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• •Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate any other user
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• •Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers used to provide it
• •Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

5. NIL Compliance

MVP TAP facilitates Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities in compliance with NCAA rules and the NIL Go clearinghouse requirements. Athletes are responsible for reporting NIL activity to their institutions. Compensation is tied to clearly defined deliverables and fair market value—not athletic performance or participation.

We do not knowingly facilitate inducements for recruitment, playing time, or other impermissible benefits. For more details, see our NIL Compliance page.

6. Fan Rewards & XP

Fan rewards, including XP, streaks, and leaderboard rankings, are based on engagement and participation. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated. MVP TAP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any reward program at any time.

7. Tips & Payments

Tips and donations to athletes are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). All transactions are final unless otherwise required by law. You agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor when making a payment.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant MVP TAP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by MVP TAP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP TAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
